Activating your DNA test kit will link the DNA sample to an identification code, so we know to whom the sample belongs. Without activation, we cannot start the DNA analysis.
You activate your test in our dashboard or free mobile app.
On your computer, go to app.geneplanet.com/dna.
To claim in our mobile app, simply scan the QR code from the instructions.
