How often should I do a blood test?

Studies show that the changes you make (improved diet, added vitamins, more exercise, etc.) take around 3–4 months to become visible in your blood.

If you decide to make positive lifestyle changes in tune with personalised recommendations you received on our platform, you should repeat the blood test after three months to see if you’ve made progress.

If a blood test reveals markers that are drastically out of range, you should immediately visit your doctor.
