You can still activate your test after sending the saliva sample. The barcode, security code, and instructions are written on the leaflet included in the kit you received.
The sample will not be analysed until you activate your test at app.geneplanet.com/dna. If you have any difficulties, you can always contact our support team ([email protected]), who will gladly assist you.
