To disconnect, follow these steps:

1. On your Android phone, open the Google Fit app.
2. Tap “Profile”, then “Settings”.
3. Tap “Manage connected apps”.
4. To see the full list of connected apps, tap the dropdown arrow and select “All apps & devices”.
5. Tap Disconnect.

If you disconnect an app from Google Fit, it will be disconnected on all devices where that app is installed. Disconnecting an app will not delete any data that the app stored in Google Fit.
