1. Eligibility

This game is open to anyone aged 18 years or over, except employees of genEplanet d.o.o. and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.

2. Agreement to rules

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of genEplanet d.o.o. as final and binding as it relates to the content of this game.

3. Game duration

Entries will be accepted online starting on 1.7.2023 00:00 AM GMT and all entries must be received by, including 237.2023 2023 11:59 PM GMT.

4. How to participate?

The game must be entered by submitting a comment on the designated Instagram post with your prediction of the Tour de France 2023 winner. The entry must fulfil all game requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize.

5. Prizes

Main Prize:

The Winner of the game (after the end of the Tour de France) will receive:

• an official Team Bahrain Victorious cycling jersey signed by Matej Mohorič and
• MyLifestyle DNA test.
• The Winner agrees to share a picture with the prizes as a comment in the announcement post and share a statement about their experience with DNA test after receiving DNA test results.

Weekly Prizes:

During the Tour de France competition, we will also conduct weekly draws where winners will receive official Team Bahrain Victorious merchandise (water bottles and socks).

• The Winner agrees to share a picture with the prizes in the form of a comment in the thread under prize post.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by a random draw under the supervision of genEplanet d.o.o..

The selection of the main prize winner will take place no later than 5 days after the end. The prize draw will take place at the organizer’s headquarters (Cesta na Poljane 24, 1000 Ljubljana). Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 7 days after game is ended.

The selection of the weekly prize winner will take place no later than 3 days after the end of he week. The prize draw will take place at the organizer’s headquarters (Cesta na Poljane 24, 1000 Ljubljana). Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 5 days after week is ended.

genEplanet d.o.o. shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

7. Rights granted by You

By entering this content, You understand and agree that genEplanet d.o.o., anyone acting on behalf of genEplanet d.o.o., and genEplanet d.o.o.’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the game, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

8. Terms & conditions:

genEplanet d.o.o. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the game should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond genEplanet d.o.o.’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the game.
