How is my analysis personalised?
It’s based on your selected habits, body measurements, and DNA predispositions. The more info Meal Analyser has to work with, the more deeply personalised the analysis will be to you.
On your meal analysis page, click the “View what affects this score here” to see which analyses impact your meal assessment and if you’re missing any key pieces!
The list shows only the DNA results that directly influence your meal analysis. Not every result will appear here — only those that make your needs unique.
Personalised & dynamic kcal recommendation
Your daily calorie requirements can be significantly different from general recommendations. That is why we use a calculation that considers your age, sex, height, weight, and activity level.
The personalisation doesn’t stop there: your daily kcal number is dynamic and changes with you. So, if you lose 5 kg or start exercising twice a week, your recommended daily kcals will adjust!
Just make sure to regularly update your “Body measurements” and “Habits” in the GenePlanet app.
