The state-of-the-art laboratory will analyse DNA samples from 30 different countries

The new laboratory has been set up in cooperation with Polyclinic Breyer, a leading Croatian laboratory, with a long tradition and vast experience in the field of clinical laboratory testing.

GenePlanet’s Next-Generation DNA Sequencing (NGS) Centre will be a central hub for DNA samples from 30 different countries. It represents the biggest private investment into NGS testing in the region and is a new chapter in terms of science and development. Polyclinic Breyer will enable the operation of this centre in a state-of-the-art laboratory operating under ISO15189, fulfilling the highest quality standards.

The main goal of the sequencing centre is to bring multiple products and services based on NGS testing, ensure short turnaround times for analysis while maintaining industry-leading quality.
